This project combines online brand and website design with on-site exhibition design to tackle the environmental and social impacts of fast fashion. By focusing on the usually neglected consequences of disposable trends, we aimed to provide consumers with actionable solutions to address this pressing issue.

The website and exhibition showcase the realities behind fast fashion, while the on-site pop-up store and DIY events encourage participants to bring in discarded clothing and explore creative ways to upcycle these items. Visitors are invited to reimagine their old garments, giving them a second life through hands-on transformation.

An innovative blend of an online AR application and offline pop-up experiences allows users to experiment with clothing upcycling. Digital try-ons, accessible both on personal devices and in-store, make the process engaging and interactive.
